Review Policy

Reinwardtia employs an online system for article submission and peer review. All submissions must be processed through this system in accordance with the Peer Review Policy.

Selection of Papers

The Editorial Board ensures a fair and timely peer-review process. Paper selection is based on scientific quality and must align with the focus and scope of Reinwardtia.

Selection of Reviewers

The Editorial Board selects reviewers with relevant expertise and assesses potential conflicts of interest to prevent bias.

Each research article is typically reviewed by at least two independent reviewers. If necessary, the Editorial Board may seek additional opinions, such as involving a third reviewer. The Board also follows the Publisher’s best practices to avoid fraudulent peer reviews.

Review Process and Transparency

The review process evaluates novelty, objectivity, methodology, scientific impact, conclusions, and references. Reviewers’ comments are shared with the corresponding author for revisions. The Editorial Board then assesses the feedback and communicates the final decision based on reviewers' recommendations.

All communications between the Editorial Board, authors, and reviewers occur through the electronic submission system, which also integrates plagiarism screening via Crossref Similarity Check powered by iThenticate.

Confidentiality

The Editorial Board ensures the confidentiality of all submitted materials and reviewer communications. Reinwardtia follows a double-blind review process, where authors and reviewers remain anonymous to each other.

Disclosure and Conflicts of Interest

The Editorial Board adheres to the journal’s policies regarding conflict of interest disclosures for both authors and reviewers.

Support for Authors and Reviewers

The Editorial Board provides continuous support and guidance to authors and reviewers throughout the publishing process.
